    The Internal Audit Training Seminar on Conflict Resolution offered by CCS is a comprehensive CPE training event designed to equip Internal Auditors with the essential soft skills required to handle conflicts effectively in the workplace.

     

    The seminar provides a comprehensive understanding of what causes conflict and the importance of Conflict Resolution in the Internal Audit process. Participants will gain knowledge of various conflict resolution techniques and strategies that are aligned with IIA (Institute of Internal Auditors) standards and IA (Internal Audit) best practices.

     

    The auditor course covers the audit process in detail and helps Internal Auditors to identify and analyze conflicts, develop and implement effective solutions, and communicate effectively to resolve conflicts. The seminar is taught by experienced trainers who bring real-world examples and practical exercises to reinforce the learning experience. This training is suitable for all levels of Internal Auditors and is approved for Continuing Professional Education (CPE) credit.
