• Complete review and audit of a two year ERP project for the Board of Trustees for a higher education institution,
• Rescued a two-year ERP implementation project after two specialized consulting organizations failed to produce acceptable results. Installed effective project management, re-staffed project team with internal and external resources and completed implementation within six months,
