TAG has embraced being a "flexible" corporation. Today's project oriented world can be navigated and negotiated by TAG armed with today's flexible technologies and workforce. TAG facilitates a flexible corporation by being "structured" around the virtual office and the Internet rather than physical office buildings with electronic networks replacing geographical communities. The company performed its services by hiring independent contractors and assigning them to various job sites.
Basically, projects can be carried out using professionals who work on a project by project basis. TAG exists because the transaction costs incurred when using flexible staffing is lower than those incurred to organize the same quantity and quality of production within an employee organization.
